The Light Rail Awards, which are the first within the industry to recognise excellence in both operators and industry suppliers, will be held in the Louis Room at the Cafe Royal, London, on the evening of Wednesday 8th October 2008.

• Employee of the Year
• Innovation of the Year
• Team of the Year
• Judges' Special Award for Outstanding Achievement
